Home education

Parents always want their children to be the best and they always want to provide them with all those best things they can provide them with. See, parents care about their kids but sometimes this care crosses the line of insanity and it is not good. There are such wealthy parents that believe it is better for their kids to learn everything at home. They never let them going to school but they hire teacher that teach their children at home. Sure, if there is only one teacher and only one student it is better than thirty children and a teacher. This kid will get the whole information it has to get and in case there is something not understandable for a child a teach will explain it one more time because there are no other pupils to deal with, though, in this case, in case of home education a kid will be well-educated but it will be a person who is a fresher in this life. Children need people round them and they need these new people on order to learn more about people in this world but they can’t do it staying at home. So, home education deprives people of the most important knowledge.

One, two, three testing

Tests are a common way for teachers to check out knowledge of students and those tests are the only identifications of the educational level of students. People are agreeing with those tests and they say it is the best way to check out the knowledge of students. But, as for me it is the easiest way but not the best. See, there is nothing difficult for students to learn a couple of words and then find out those words in testing paper. See, it is not knowledge but it is more like a person recognizes the familiar word of fact and after the test is passed there is nothing left in minds of people, nothing left in minds of students and so it means that results of test are false and they are lying. So, there is no point in those tests because it never takes knowledge of people to pass those but it takes recognition of those words and facts people have seen before. Though, I guess I have no right to correct something and I actually have no authority for it, so things will stay this way and I guess there are no people that would run counter them.

Education is just started

Many parents believe that the education is to be had in a school and just as many parents are starting to believe that education can come from home, in a structured environment.  However, there is always the opportunity to give your child an education where you go.  The obvious is taking your family on vacation to a famous landmark or famous museum and making sure your child takes away all that they can from the experience.
There are many educational things to learn from close to home.  At the local grocery store, a child can learn the value of money, where food comes from, what is included in the price of a particular food item and the various jobs that are available at the store.  At the beach the wildlife is an obvious education but what about the boats and what makes them go or what is the purpose of the lighthouse?  Even an amusement park can be a great education tool to explain physics and its laws.  Parents can find out what type of careers the neighbors have and set up times for them to educate the children in the neighborhood, if everyone is comfortable.  Do not forget the older neighbors either; they often will have more education than the entire neighborhood put together.
Education does not have to stay in the schools and the more enjoyable and natural you can make it for your children they more they will retain the knowledge being presented to them.  And will probably become more inquisitive about life in general.

Education

It is common knowledge that the United States is not a leader in the education of its children.  The nation seems to have either the very best schools, that are exclusive to most of the population, or the very worst schools where there is very little point in the student even showing up.  The middle ground between the two seems to be growing smaller and smaller.  It seems that education is now becoming privilege of a select few instead of an expectation of the masses.

There have been many movies produced that reflect the lack of education being provided by our schools and many turn a blind eye to these issues, unless it is their own child’s education at stake.  There are teachers that use money out of their pocket to supply the materials needed in the classroom.  There are programs out there to help out a particular school or classroom in the educational system; but many turn a blind eye to the problem or defend their inaction by stating they have already paid their school taxes.

With the turnover of power in the White House, the President promises to make education a priority for every community.  Perhaps there is the realization that we get exactly what we put into the education of our children.  If we want to remain a world power, our children need to educated and educated well.  The question whether it is the responsibility of the parent or community for a child’s education no longer matters; we must realize that it is everyone’s concern and responsibility.
